All orders within the continental U.S. ship for a flat rate of $8.95. If you need Express Shipping, please call or email us and we can upgrade your shipping and send you a paypal bill for the difference. Most items will be shipped from Ruby Q's, however, parts of your order may ship directly from the manufacturer.
Additional shipping charges apply for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada.
We make every effort to ship in-stock orders within 48 business hours. In the event that an item becomes out of stock and your order is placed before our site is updated, we will email or call you by the next business day with an approximate delivery date. Only upon your approval will we continue to process your order.
If you plan to ship to more than one address, you will need to place separate orders.
There is never a charge for in-store pickup.
